Our current fee structure is shown below. Please contact us for session availability.
Payment
- Fees are paid monthly in advance
- We require 3 months’ notice to changes to sessions or contract terminations
- We accept all major child care vouchers
- We accept the following payment methods: BACS
- University of Kent staff may join the Salary Sacrifice scheme by contacting the Human Resources department

Funding Patterns from September 2026
- 3- and 4-year-old funding for either 12 or 24 hours per week in 3-hour blocks over 48 weeks
- 2-year-old Working Entitlement for 24 hours per week in 3-hour blocks over 48 weeks
- 9 months + Working Entitlement for 24 hours per week in 3-hour blocks over 48 weeks
- Early Learning for 2 Year Olds (EL2) for 12 hours per week 3-hour blocks over 48 weeks
- 24 hours funding per week = 8 funded sessions per week
- 12 hours funding per week = 4 funded sessions per week
Contracts
Our Contracts, terms and conditions are defined as:
- Regular childcare contract
- For University and Kent Union staff, and children in receipt of Early Years Education Grant funding who attend additional hours (all year round)
- Student contract
- For University of Kent students, 38 weeks. We are offering a limited number of term time only places for University of Kent Students, on a first come first served basis.
- Funded contract
- For children who are only attending for their Early Years Education Grant entitlement
